Course Overview

An 8-hour live, hands-on training program designed to help Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Team Facilitators use AI effectively in their day-to-day work. The course covers practical applications of AI across Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, metrics, reporting, stakeholder communication, coaching, and facilitation. Participants will also learn AI fundamentals and effective prompting techniques, along with key considerations around data privacy, ethics, governance, and responsible AI adoption. Through live demonstrations, breakout activities, and practical exercises, participants will create reusable AI prompts and build their own AI-enabled Scrum Master toolkit, including an introduction to Atlassian Rovo.
