Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
- Full Refund:
If a cancellation request is made 48 hours or moreprior to the scheduled start date of the training program. - No Refund:
- If the request is made within 48 hoursof the course start date.
- If the participant has already attended any session of the course.
- For failure to attend due to personal reasons once the course has begun.

Refund for Course Cancellation by Us
In the rare case that TM SQUARE TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., low enrolment, trainer unavailability, natural disaster), the participant will be entitled to:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule or transferto another batch/course.

How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: Support@tmsquare.co
Include:
- Full Name
- Registered Email
- Course Name
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment (transaction ID/screenshot)

Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.

Non-Refundable Items
- Administrative or convenience fees charged by the payment gateway
- Any downloadable course content already accessed
- Certification fees (if already issued)

Special Circumstances
We may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis (e.g., medical emergencies or force majeure), subject to supporting documentation.
